Repórter Brasil

Reporter Brasil was founded in 2001 by journalists, social scientists and educators in order to encourage reflection and action on the violation of fundamental rights of peoples and workers in Brazil. Because of its work, it became one of the most important sources of information about slave labor in the country. It´s stories, journalistic investigations, research and educational methodologies have been used by leaders of governments, the business sector and civil society as instruments to combat contemporary slavery, a problem that affects thousands of people.
